Standard for IT & Digital Services
Welcome to Cybergate Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, services, and any products provided under the Cybergate brand. By accessing or using our site or services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Services Offered
Cybergate Malaysia provides managed IT support, Microsoft 365 solutions, cybersecurity services, ERP systems, web development, SEO, SEM, and social media management. All services are subject to the specific scope outlined in our proposals or contracts.
2. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during onboarding
- Cooperate during setup, support, or project phases
- Not use our services for any unlawful or abusive purposes
- Pay all agreed fees on time as invoiced
3. Payment Terms
Unless stated otherwise:
- Invoices are due within 7–14 days of issue
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually based on agreement
- All prices quoted are in MYR unless specified
4. Service Limitations
While we strive for 99.9% uptime and issue-free service, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access to third-party platforms (e.g. Microsoft, Google)
- Instant resolution of all technical issues
- Protection from all cyber threats (unless covered under a specific agreement)
5. Account Access & Security
Clients are responsible for protecting their own login credentials. If access is shared with your internal staff, ensure all users follow good security practices. Notify us immediately of any suspected breach.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and software developed by Cybergate remain the intellectual property of Cybergate unless explicitly transferred. You retain ownership of your own brand assets, content, and data.
7. Privacy
Your data will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell or misuse your personal information. Only relevant data is collected to deliver our services effectively.
8. Termination
You may cancel any subscription or retainer by giving 14 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for breach of terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.
9. Limitation of Liability
Cybergate is not liable for:
- Losses caused by third-party software/platforms
- Business downtime due to client-side actions or delays
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Modifications
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. You will be notified of major changes, and continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
